Goldsmith Robine Ehrenburg has been designing and making unusual gold and silver jewellery in her own workshop since 1991.  She specialises in enamel, particularly the art of plique à jour enamelling which resembles miniature stained glass windows.

In her more recent designs, she has been using the technique of painted enamel: miniature paintings set in gold for necklaces and earrings.

Besides enamel, Ehrenburg also likes to use baroque pearls and precious stones, such as rough diamonds, rubies, sapphires, tourmalines, etc.
